• Ignore people who introduce themselves on the road, near big hotels, temples, shopping centres and intersections.
  
  
• Do not accept or believe any information they offer.
  
  
• Do not take 'Tuk-Tuk' (Three wheel taxi), or Taxi they called for you.
  
  
• Remember, there is no such place like Government shops selling gems or jewelry or tailor made clothes.
  
  
• Most individual shops in Bangkok open daily except Sundays and all shopping centres open 7 days a week.
  
  
• Try to call by yourself and find out more about the shop you want to visit before taking a trip.
  
  
• In any cost, do not make any purchases from the shops, which is recommended by people on the roads or taken by Taxi and 'Tuk-Tuk'. These shops add 20-40% commission for them above the normal prices.
  
  
• Take the above suggestions and you will certainly save your vacation from danger.
